Elephant Hotel

Atlantic City, New Jersey - 1950's

Not a motel, but you gotta see this! Pilgrims came from all around to gaze in wide wonder at the Elephant god. When they got done gambling.

Back of PC reads: 'The only elephant in the world you can go through and come out alive. This famous building was erected in 1885. The elephant contains ten rooms; its interior is visited by thousands."

XIT Ranch Motel

Dalhart, Texas - 1960's

Looks like a motel snuff film.

City View Motel

Custer, South Dakota - 1960's

The kind of place you stay at on a dare! Looks boarded up, but those are doors on the rooms, I guess.

Proprietor, Norman, will check you in. Leatherface lives in the shack out back.
